Our Policy
- Real Colour may slightly change due to photography
- Minor alterations may be required as per your satisfaction
- No exchanges/refunds for size issues ; you will be sent what you ask for
- All items are checked before shipping for any damages
- Full payment on ordered items to be made within 5 days after being informed that your items have arrived.(Read policy on Ordered Items)
- If you are placing an order, you are legally entitled for the payment when item arrives. Formal invoice may be issued as well.
- There is no returns on jewelry/shoes and handbags.
- Items will only be dispatched after receiving full payment
- Embroidery design may change but pattern of garments will be same, accessories are not included.
- No claims entertained regarding inner/slip if included
- Read all description before placing order(descriptions are based on what suppliers send us). Check photos as well. Model photos/videos are for reference purposes only
- If any issues, these need to be raised within 2 days after receiving the items. Write to: Customerservice@ethnicstyles.co.nz. Response time will be up to 5-8 working days.
- No refunds/exchanges on “I don’t like it” or “doesn’t look good “statements.
- We no longer issue refunds but will hold your account in credit (if any return is accepted in exceptional cases). This credit is only valid for 30 days. $10 fee of packaging and handling is deducted from the credit amount held.
- We do not stitch, garments are readymade, so no claims entertained about stitching/finishing.
- Local shipping cost applies on all items and packaging may be changed to ease shipping packages
- Tracking details are provided once items are shipped. Please keep a track of your items. No responsibility is taken if the item delivery is delayed by post/courier. If the item has been delivered according to the post/courier company and customer has not received the item, no responsibility is taken if the item is missing after delivery.
- Any item IF accepted for return in exceptional cases, must be returned /shipped within 2 days of receiving the item with tracking details. If further information is required/requested from the customer regarding any issues raised, a response is required within 24 hours. Failure to provide this within 24 hours makes the issue/claim made invalid.
- The return postage is not refundable.
- If in exceptional cases, an exchange is accepted, this will incur shipping cost paid by the buyer
- No claims entertained on items on special offers (this includes free shipping, video call shopping, free fitting/alterations, sale offers, discounts on any items)
- Our prices are fixed and bargaining is not entertained
- Purchase via Afterpay, Laybuy and Ordered Items are not subject to exchange/returns or refund.
- Purchase via Afterpay incurs an additional cost of $5.
- All of the above is closely followed, and no further wrangle is entertained if issues fall within these. If any concerns are raised, falls within the above conditions, you will be referred to the policy document.
Special Order Items
*50% deposit is needed to confirm the order
*Once the ordered item arrives, Full payment is to be made within 5 days after being informed
*Failure to make full payment of ordered items , after 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited and the item will be listed for sale. (to compensate for expenses and missed opportunities).
*If the buyer backs out of the sale, they 'forfeit' their deposit to compensate for expenses and missed opportunities.
* No exchange/refunds/returns on Ordered Items
*Estimated arrival time may vary as per shipping schedule and we take no responsibility on delayed shipping as this is out of our control
